Born in 1988, Ivan Pugliares belongs to the generation of artists who since an early age realized what would become one of his greatest passions as it’s music. The first approach with the music is at the age of 6, when he started to play an unusual typical Sicilian instrument, the "friscaletto”. From here the music studying leaded him to approach then the saxophone, and later electronic music. After not even an year he bought all the necessary to perform DJing. His competence in Deep, Techno and Melodic House and his background, let his sets more and more passionate as he is describing a new story while captivating always different moods. His desire to grow, bring him to attending “Catania With Love” where in a short time he become resident DJ and sharing the console in clubs as Zo, Mercati Generali and Afrobar. His main goal is to introduce in his musical concept the culture more than the entertainment. In the meantime he spent most of his time to work on new EPs, that will come out early.. Being an eclectic artist allows him to look always for different music styles and that’s why he decided to move to Barcelona, where he’s currently resident at Macarena Club that is now his “house”, so if you you’re in Barcelona and you have the chance to attend this magical club, don’t miss it out!
