ISSA developed a keen interest in dance music as a child in the 90s in the passenger seat of his older sister’s ride while he commuting to school. His middle eastern culture and being born and raised in San Francisco helped shape his unique sound--drawing inspiration from classic house tunes, Arabic & Latin music, hip-hop, techno, and pop. ISSA brings a zest on the dance floor that stems from blending energetic dance weapons with irresistible vocals spanning across multiple decades.
