Incendie (French for Arson) is the solo moniker of Arthur Bdt, a Berlin-based multimedia artist and Area Z’s manager. While his artistic practice is centered around music, his expressive palette encompasses visual arts such as photography, textile and graphic design and recently engaged with performative arts. On the musical perspective, the artist collaborated with peers as a guitarist over the last years including Blind Delon, The Undertaker’s Tapes for productions, or in live actions with SkuV or Templer. His debut album on Under My Feet is taking elements from drone, industrial and deconstructed club music. He has been incorporating impactful and abrasive sonics by intertwining heavy guitars, broken beats and vocals with the intention to merge contemporary electronic music with metal and noise influences. His sonic palette evolves up to club influenced material, such as his first track 'I let you see me' released on Area Z and an upcoming EP on Aufnahme+Wiedergabe next year.
