A standout figure in the Hong Kong drum n bass community for many years, Immuno is a core member of the influential Unchained crew - named by DJ Mag as the No 1 DNB label in China. If you’re a basshead in Hong Kong, you would have caught Immuno performing at packed DNB nights at clubs such as Oma and Social Room, countless pop-up events, or on his own Rolling with the Waves boat parties. Immuno first discovered drum n bass as a youngster when he saw Pendulum perform at a festival in his native New Zealand. From there he delved into the deeper side of the DNB scene and started DJing himself in 2009 after grabbing his first set of DJ equipment. Then a move to Hong Kong in 2014 changed the course of his life and his career as a DJ. In 2017, Immuno was brought into the Unchained collective - the event organisers and record label considered by many to be the main force in drum n bass in China today - and the rest is history. In the years since, Immuno has evolved into a major force in the Hong Kong DNB community, performing alongside heavyweights such as DJ Zinc, Makoto, dBridge, Grooverider, Total Science, Sub Zero and Joe Nice, dropping hard-hitting sets that not only span the spectrum of drum n bass but also occasionally delve into UK dubstep, garage and bass house. As part of the Unchained crew, Immuno has helped take the brand international and is dedicated to continually pushing the DNB sound in South China, both as a DJ at bass music events around the city and with his own Rolling With The Waves brand that has been making waves with its boat parties in Hong Kong
