Before focusing on Electronic Music, Eddie Hui was a guitarist and one of the founding members of Heresy (Death/ Gothic Metal), Elf Fatima (Post Punk/ Dark pop). Currently he has other music projects such as the guitarist of I See the Light Before Our Planet Explodes (Post rock/ Post Metal), the synthesist of Self-Ox Randomness (Modular Duo). Ben Soo was the vocalist of Octavian, Survivor, both were one of the legendary gothic/ post punk bands in Hong Kong. Ben is also a true vinyl records collector who owns more than 10 thousands records. He is into various genres of music such as shoegaze, psychedelic, industrial, ambient, and different kinds of electronic music. It’s hard to describe Immortal Human Machine’s music style in one single term. Blending Techno, Post-Punk, Goth, EBM, Industrial, Ambient, Cold Wave & Synth Wave influences, the duo make music & play live with Ableton, Modular Synth. Also, the deep vocal is proceed by delay and reverb effect pedals.
