Iana Go
Biografía
Iana Go is a visual and sound artist, DJ, VJ, festival and events organizer, creative technologist, curator, motion graphic designer, and painter.
As the founder and curator of Uroboros, she leads a holistic journey featuring handpicked immersive activities, out-of-world installations, and a unique blend of traditional world music, chanting, and ambient electronic soundscapes.
In her painting practice, she explores expressive and intuitive approaches, working with mixed media and spontaneous flow, prioritizing process over result. Her energy paintings are imbued with harmony, reducing anxiety and attracting abundance and love. Known for her passion for music, painting, and psychology, she combines these elements in experiences like ARTibiotics - a live painting somatic techno ritual.
Originally from Kyrgyzstan, her nomadic spirit infuses her art as she creates spaces for connection in Berlin's multicultural art scene, viewing art as a shelter, harbor, and source of strength for all.
With years of experience curating floors, art projects, and bookings at festivals like Garbicz (ambient floor), Waking Life, Niemandsland, and Pura Vida, being a VJ and booker, she's now embracing a new role as a performer. Whether as a solo DJ or live musician collaborating with others, she blends synths, loops, vocals, percussions, field recordings, and whispered poetry to create unique sonic experiences.
Her nomadic spirit continues to shine through as she creates spaces for connection. As the founder of Uroboros Ambient Playground and a music and event manager, she supports people with migrant backgrounds and female artists, offering them a platform in the club scene and conscious community. After years behind the scenes as a booker, VJ, and event organizer, she's now stepping onto the dance floors to share her passion directly with the audience.
