iamkimkong is born and raised in Germany, with Korean origins. Over the last few years, she has become a force in the local nightlife scene, playing regularly in Berlin’s top clubs like Renate, Katerblau and About Blank, as well as festivals all over the country. She's also a music curator to well-known electronic music show Club Sandwich aired on Berlin’s radio station Flux FM since 2022. During the last three years iamkimkong released various remixes and originals. Her childhood in classical music education preceded her entry way into a love of music and DJing, culminating in her first residency at acknowledged club Prince Charles. In parallel, she has made a name for herself in the fashion scene by creating various runway show mixes for designers and playing for notable magazines.
