Holder is a shamelessly eclectic personality, gliding through dark grooves that are no doubt inspired by vibrations of his native Mexico City. His explorative sound dives into deep shades of house, comes full force with punchy tech beats and touches down on dubby techno pulses. At times space invader, at times psychedelic conductor for the dancers of Black Rock Desert, the Mayan Warrior resident loves to play with crowds and melodic contrasts. When he’s not on the decks, he curates events with the Project Sound collective, hosting celebrated international artists and labels from high-energy Mexico City venues to trippy Tulum beaches.
