Guided by curiosity and sharing, Hervé's singular perspective of music and culture reflects his very diverse background shaped by an upbringing in Africa, and a second life chapter in Europe. An avid record collector, he has crafted an hypnotic and psychedelic club sound, where rolling bass, acid synth lines and cosmic melodies cohabit. His eclectic music selection is also displayed in listening settings where Hervé blends ambient, jazz, dub and hip-hop, showcasing the sounds defining his artistry. Having performed at underground raves and local venues such as De School, Multipla, and Benelux Bar, he has shared the stage with artists like Vladimir Ivkovic, Loma Doom, Chris Farrell and Sugar Free. The Ivory Coast born artist also performs under the alias Noord Loop, a duo formed with friend, mentor and label partner Tanzverbot. Hervé's deep passion for collaboration, talent fostering and club culture, led him to venture into Amsterdam's electronic music ecosystem. Co-founder of record label Polychrome Audio, host of monthly program Polychrome Radio on Echobox, promoter and music copywriter, he expresses his creativity through different mediums, not shying away from taking artistic risks and embracing the spontaneity of both life and music.
