Hellraiser - a Melbourne based 303 obsessed child has been spinning acid, techno, rave, hard trance & hardcore in the underground warehouse rave scene for over 25 years! Harder than a nine-inch nail & darker than the plague, his non-stop assault of spine shattering punishing performances, has seen his army of dedicated passionate fans grow exponentially over recent years, and seen him support huge names like Chris Liberator, Carl Cox, A*S*Y*S*, Dave Clarke, DJ Promo, Ophidian, Jeff Mills, and many more. Hellraiser is also a well-respected producer and responsible for numerous dance floor destroyers over the years including: The Outer Limits, Acid Noir, Legion, and Sound Expander. Ad Nauseam (aka ADN) is an alias of his and relates to a project he started in 2004. After a break, this alias was restarted in 2019; and has continued to cook up sick beats in the studio including The Outer Limits 2020 Remixes, Rave System EP, Fear Unknown, Dissonant Realms (a collab with Jack Wax), and Better Living Through Chemistry, as well as remixes of Mauro Picotto - The Twilight Zone, Alici – Theme of Roarr, Illiya Korniyenko - Gumball 2000, Jon Connor & Andreas Kraemer - Catch, and many more. His uncompromising quality productions have gained him support from renowned artists such as: Perc, Chris Liberator, D.A.V.E. The Drummer, Nina Kraviz, Dax J, Tassid, Tymon, Rebekah, and many others! He’s also released 10 genre defining mix CDs including the infamous 'Pharmacy' CD series! Not satisfied with slaying the dance floors all over the world with his hellraising sets and releases – Hellraiser’s musical talents and poignant insight have got him recruited as Head of Flatlife Records Australia, PR Manager at the legendary Flatlife Records, Label Boss at Tension Music and Co-Runner of Pro Techno Australia Events. He was also voted one of Australia and Victoria's Top DJs in the annual Technics/InTheMix Australian Top 50 DJ Poll - 4 years running! Tension Music is a sub label of Flatlife; that Jack Wax invited Hellraiser to start in 2019. It’s a label that focuses on the heavier and darker side of hard techno, acid, and industrial techno. The first release on Tension Music was by Ad Nauseam - a 2020 remix of ‘The Outer Limits’ which was an absolute winner - and sold out on vinyl. The follow up second release on Tension Music was a dark and heavy techno release by Ad Nauseam called "Fear Unknown" and included a killer remix by Ruffneck Prime which also sold out on vinyl in only a few weeks. Each following release has become an underground acid rave hit, featuring artists such as Tassid, Bad Boy Pete, Chris Liberator, AnD, Dica, Minus 25, David Oblivion, Acerbic, and more. Hellraiser’s sound is an enigma; boundless & indefinable. Seamlessly combining the tough aesthetics of hard techno, acid techno, and rave, with the power of hard trance & acid, Hellraiser is as unpredictable as he is talented & has worked multiple genres into his sets, from electro, trance, hard trance, techno, acid, old school rave, breaks & DnB. Nowadays Hellraiser tends to favour hard acid techno, hard techno, hard trance, and a little bit of old school 90s rave. Hellraiser's own brand of tough, dark, and dirty infused beats has transformed him into one of Australia's most prolific and inspirational artists, who continues to dedicate his life to spreading his deep unrivalled love of 303 acid and techno – across the most notorious clubs, events, & festivals throughout the world!
