In reality, the Berlin-based DJ was born a bit too late to have experienced the city’s free-spirited rave heydays, too early to enjoy fully the current Y2K revival and anything faster than 130BPM, and is, in fact, a woman. While rooted in a deep love for kitschy Italo Disco, shimmering 80s synths, and finger-snapping House grooves, Harry’s sound is not pure nostalgia.
