Haimzu is the project of Lorenzo Minneci - Berlin-based performer, producer, dj and multi-media artist working on the borders of bass, UK techno and atmospheric trance. His live sets explore the relationship between stability and instability, control and improvisation, intersecting the ethereal aspect of sound with the uniqueness of gestures and never- repeating events. The deconstruction of genre boundaries unfolds along lenitive grooves, off-grid bass hits, lush atmospheres, as well as breakbeat acoustic signatures, and organic, hyper-synthesised rhythmic textures.
