In 1994, Gunjah played in the legendary Base in Dresden for the first time. His first appearance was his first step toward independence. Techno became the love of his life.Three years later, he was also able to play in the world-famous Berlin E-Werk. Berlin was impressed by him and gave him the opportunity to develop his skills on his own deck. In 2003 Gunjah reached the top, with the award: “1st. Decade Records – EP Radio World”. In the next year, Gunjah‘s “Black Quartett” was on sale at Armut24 and it was in most record bags.. And he hasn’t just played in Berlin. He has several engagements both nationally and internationally. And today? Gunjah has looked around and he sought his peers. He does not feel inclined to adjust and honestly declares what he loves: great music. With his sandbox pal Niconé, he rages from gig to gig (formerly as Møenster; now as Gunjah & Niconé) and celebrates devotion to genuine sounds. His store “Showboxx” is just as weathered as him . With all his successful pals who have visited him in the Box, he has been able to produce a descendant: the Click Clack festival in Dresden. Originating in Summer 2009, this provides techno music with a worthy platform in Summer. And it was all created by only one person, out of a continuous desire to provide structure, level and functionality to all his projects. Gunjah!
