GROUND9 is 26 years old surfer, DJ and producer and having started several musical projects as a DJ since 2018 and as a bass player in some metal and alternative music bands since he was 16. He started by listening to heavy metal, electronic, drum and bass, where his biggest inspiration to this day are The Prodigy, which changed his way of looking at eletronic music ever since. His artistic vision and sound is based on a hybrid format between breakbeat and techno with intensity and groove. It is currently transitioning to a live performance format on vinyl. Currently GROUND9 has been playing at the most prestigious Techno events in Lisbon, such as Disturb Techno, Nada Tumultum, Riktus, Noise.wav, Deepmotion, among others.
