During the last year of college Francesco began his journey into electronic music, which become his life-long passion. He started playing as resident dj in his hometown, Brescia Italy, at the nightclub ‘Florida Multi Sala Disco’ for the Magnetic Parties. There he had the opportunity to perform alongside international DJs - and so, Grittrip was born. In 2011 Francesco moved to London. Shortly upon arriving, he quickly got involved with the underground warehouse scene in the East side of the city, where he began to establish himself; laying the groundwork for his career. Shortly afterwards, he began his main residency at Egg London club for the Paradox brand, which has been ongoing since 2013. In 2016 Grittrip started playing as resident Dj for the Nonstop lab of Piero Pirupa at The historical Macarena club Barcelona and party of Primes Mediagroup of Cesare Castellacci Meanwhile, he was booked in some of the largest headline clubs all around World such as Fabric London, Anomalie Berlin, Celia Shanghai, Pacha Barcelona, Sankeys Ibiza, The Trip Miami, Ultrabeat Napoli …. Grittrip also show up in famos festival like Soñar OFF Barcelona and at the historical ADE Amsterdam, with his unique dark sounds that goes from minimal house to dub techno you never know what to except from his set!
