Grifter160 x Scarlett Star are Baltimore's premiere juke/footwork/house duo who are signed to both Gun4Hyre records and UK based label Moveltraxx. They are also founding members of the supergroup "Kill Team SCX". With high powered kicks, energetic melodies and top notch mixing. With releases such as "King Of The Iron Fist" with Mr MFN Exquire and LEX NYRE, Murder Squad with Kill Team SCX and their own Final Fantasy inspired "13" , they have established a unique and powerful sound that's guaranteed to turn up any party. Grifter160 aka Cole James Cash originally from Oakland California spent 2 decades in hip hop establishing his signature sound before teaming up with Scarlett Star. Scarlett Star is originally from Virginia having graduated with an Associates in Music before gaining a Masters in economics. Scarlett made her debut with Grifter160 on Gun4Hyre recordings and later Moveltraxx in 2023. Having previously headlined at Wonderville in Bushwick, Brooklyn, the duo brings hard hitting sounds pulling from hardcore, house, disco and formulating a juke/footwork formula that moves any crowd.
