Mauritius-born and now Paris-based, GЯEG is a 21-year-old DJ and producer who has been exploring the club scene since his arrival in France in 2019. Member of the growing Parisian label Boukan Records, resident of the Paris hottest party La Creole, and resident on the web radio Rinse France; his eclectic and energetic mixes brought him under the spotlight of the French club scene, seducing the public and the media (Libération, Trax Magazine, Tsugi, DJ Mag…).  Supported by international DJs like Teki Latex, Kampire or Jyoty, GЯEG released his debut EP "Eau Coulée Smart City" on the Parisian label LaVibe in June 2021, a potent hit of jungle, kuduro, shatta, techno and house. Praised by Resident Advisor, the fusion of his musical influences from electronic music to Afro-Caribean sound, has seen him be part of DJ Mag UK “emerging artists to hear”. The EP, features a track with King Doudou (J.Balvin, PNL, Bad Gyal) and is arranged and mixed by the talented Casual Gabber’s producer Krampf. While mixing for Boiler Room’s « Hard Dance », GЯEG also played some major venues and festivals like Nuits Sonores, The Peacock Society, TransMusicales, La Gravière Club (Geneva) and Razzmatazz Club (Barcelona).
