Grady Steele is a composer, promoter, and DJ currently based in Paris. Born in Florida and raised in London, he co-founded the Formant Soundsystem - created on the body sound architecture - playing in the UK and internationally. As a promoter, he launched the GS Presents series of events in Paris in 2023, showcasing forward-leaning club music and has hosted artists RP Boo, ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, SKY H1, dBridge and upsammy, among others. His debut release, Marsaskala, came out in April 2024 on the Archaic Vault labels, featuring six songs that explore the anticipatory force of remembrance and the capacity of sound to appeal to the human feeling of a buffer zone. He recently performed at Café OTO (London), Instants Chavirés (Paris), De Sering (Amsterdam), Madame Claude (Berlin) and Kiosk Radio (Brussels).
