Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Godi Osegueda started as a DJ in the 90’s when his interest in musical instruments was extended to mixing and producing. In the early 00’s he began his first regular residence at Club 00, along his partner and record digger Clark Nelson (Chicago). Right after that he joined LickSamba Crew, a musical artisticbranch between Rio de Janeiro – Austin that reaches its peak along the Ritual party editions. By the 2005 Godi evolved as a DJ/producer, graduating as a studio technician and electronic music producer in the schools Microfusa and Sae Institute, both in Barcelona, which in the future have reflected on his accurate mixing techniques. At the same time he had a well succeeded residency at Kulas Bar, with full dancefloor every Friday. After his first international experience and already reintegrated to the artistic scene of Rio, Godi performsin some of the most relevant parties of the city like after hours in Dama de Ferro, Fosfobox, RARA, and others. With his musical construction based on multi-ethnic sounds he created his own space among the disputed São Paulo, playing in clubs like Caracol, Soul.Set and Sunday Sessions - just to quote some of them. Still in his past movements, along with the carioca scene Godi joined the Disconnection Crew with regular presentations in ClubHouse Rio with memorable editions besides Joi Cardwell, Cordell Johnson (Excursions, Chicago) and Jojo Flores (GotSoul, Montreal). He also boosted the house dancers collective named Bonde do Jack which is today a reference in the house dance modality in Brazil. Eager for exploring the musical entertainment scene, in 2017 he went back to international waters, anchoring in Barcelona, where he boosted some web shows through Bones Radio around some terraces around. Currently living in Lisbon, Godi runs Bones Records, a vinyl boutique, reaffirming his good reputation as a DJ in his residence at the party SUB and in presentations in the venues Musicbox, NúcleoA70, Praia Irmao, BOALAB, Vago and Boavista Social Club. Each step of his career was essential so he could absorb the sensibility that is essential to communicate with different parties and generations, offering what isnew and trendy in his sets as well as in Bones Records collection.
