GEORGE PERRY stands for exquisite TECHNO, so he has earned a big fan base worldwide. "The virtuoso on the decks," he is called, has been a discdriver in world history for many years. He is the embodiment of pumping, groovy but also straight techno and his energetic sets unleash every dancefloor. As a teenager, he discovered early on the possibilities of turntables, experimenting with LPs and turntables. In the late '80s he became fully involved with Soul, Funk & Pop but switched to electronic music during the 90s and eventually to techno via Deep House. Over time, the Frankfurter developed his own kind of techhouse, techno, and even breakbeats in his DJ sets. George Perry's sets, with their spacy, dubby and groovy techno tunes that slip unrestrained into straight-on techno sounds, are not only superbly composed and mixed, but like a 3-degree climb, people become almost imperceptible but unstoppable sent a trip! In early 2015, he launched his own label DISTRICT UNDERGROUND, which developed so quickly in a short time, the renowned producers and DJs from around the world sent him Promos to publish on his label. His own techno productions are also well received by many labels, which included releases on Sasha Carassi's PHOBIQ, Hans Bouffmyhre's SLEAZE REC, Steve Mulder's ORANGE RECORDINGS and Spartaque's IAMT. Regularly George Perry releases tracks or remixes on many other labels, but also on his own he always sets musical highlights.
