Clubs have been her second home for a long time when genelle finally takes the step behind the decks herself in 2017. Following her passion for the harder and darker side of Techno, she quickly settles down in the higher BPM-Range - at the moment her comfort zone starts at 145bpm. With the years genelle develops her own sound, a synergy of EBM-Techno, Industrial, Rave and Trance. The dominating shades depend on the time of the night and the individual setting. But there’s one thing to be certain of in all of genelle’s sets: a high level of energy, provided by continuous kicks and vigorous hi-hats. Together with friends she founded the collective polyphon in 2017, which has established its reputation with various underground parties - first in Passau and Munich, since 2022 also in genelles new hometown Leipzig.
