Sora Giuseppe aka D_VERGENT aka GEBO aka AARON WALLACE began his carrer in the music scene as a DJ in 1988. He started then palying in some of the most fashionable Italian clubs (such as Mazoom/Le Plaisir, AlterEgo, AreaCity, Crossover, Link, KamaKama, FLUSSI (AV), Fluid, TereViri, Cellophane, Cocoricò and Insomnia) and in all the trendiest itinerant after-party shows (for instance Exgroove, Le folie de Pigalle,Colazione da Tiffany, Il gatto con gli stivali and Metempsicosi). Moreover, he had the chance to play in many exclusive clubs in Europe (Loko in Paris, Tresor in Berlin, Energy in Switzerland and Cream in Liverpool) and to take part in special events, like Love Parade in Berlin and Street Parade in Zurich. Together with two DJs and producers (Andrea Nones aka AND and Vittorio Guindani aka VITUS), in 2003 D_VERGENT founded ZANZARATWINZ, a music project consisting in creating ambient/electronic live-sets, i.e. real acustic and visual live trips. A fundamental step in his career was the encounter with the electronic music producer Massimo Foti aka PHORM, a friendship that became soon a prolific collaboration leading to innovative ideas concerning electronic music and electronic dance music. Between 2014 and 2015 he worked together with Matteo Biondelli aka ROBIN MASTER at the project "TYRRELL CORPORATION", which was centred on minimal techno music with some influences from old school/sinth ’80. In 2016 D_VERGENT started to work indipendently in his own recording studio ( FRAME _LAB) with the intention of creating innovative and exclusive conceptual pieces based on two elemets: the purity ant the complexity of the sound. Starting from 2018, in addition to performing as a DJ, he carries out a new project in collaboration with Morbini Paolo aka Ru:Ne ... livesets of ambient / electronic sinth / dub and techno music with avant-garde video projections. Interesting is his collaboration with the record label "Le galassie di Seyfert'" where he un proposes his creations that range from new age...ambient...pure electronic and its infinite nuances (sinth80, Electro Clash, industrial techno, minimal, etc. etc.). He performs in clubs both with pure and simple DJ sets... and in livesets where he creates live sound journeys with the use of analog machines and instruments (Roland Tr8s, Roland Tb303, MOOG SUBSEQUENT, ABLETON Push2, etc., etc.) All this while synchronizing the sound with conceptual and cutting-edge video projections.In 2022 he began his collaboration as a producer for a sub-label of SONYmusic ... URBAN GROOVE recordings ... destined to end in 2024 due to particular conceptual differences on the meaning of electronic music ... ''the majors are not for me ... I consider electronic music a mental process ... a natural predisposition to continuous renewal ... therefore EVOLUTION not REVOLUTION'' ... he states ... ''the majors nowadays only look at the profit and how much they can squeeze out of an artist, without considering the cultural and qualitative side of the thing''.
