Having built a reputation as one of the brightest prospects amongst Malaysian DJs, Gasing is no stranger to the decks. Currently holding a residency on the Saturday Selects roster, he has played alongside the likes of Roshan, Axel Groove, Alam and Sivanesh to name a few. Bringing together the sounds of house, garage, breakbeat, and techno, Gasing has a way of commanding a crowd and elevating the energy in the room with his sets. The emerging DJ ventures in sounds ranging from dark and grimey basslines and breaks to funky, soulful, and balearic soothers. Although only having been on the decks for 3 years, Gasing has already proven his ability in becoming a crowd favourite. Having played at venues such as the W Hotel, The Iron Fairies, Pisco Bar, and more, he demonstrates his ability to uplift crowds. Gasing has also utilised radio shows and livestreams as a means of sharing music. Over the past 2 years, he has been featured on radio shows and livestreams such as Malaysian based Saturday Selects Radio, Ohrwurm's Micasa Sucasa, Paris based Source Radio, Indonesia's House Cartel, London based broadcasters Balamii and AAJA, and more, where he explores as a wide variety of electronic music. With COVID restrictions being lifted and the emergence of events and club nights in the endemic phase, Gasing has been focused on the sounds of house and techno, as well as breaks and garage, to bring the soul back to KL's nightlife.
