GAHR is an Oakland-based producer and DJ and the co-owner and resident selector at Bar Shiru, the first hi-fi listening bar in The Bay Area. As a producer, he has spent the better half of the past decade honing his brand of deep, emotionally-driven left-field dance music. His expansive, can't-miss DJ sets span the globe in terms of genre and sound, with club sets focused on deep, psychedelic house and techno and all-vinyl sets full of soul, jazz and international grooves. Whether it's GAHR's original music or music he's playing that was created by other artists, it’s all music made (and played) to make you move... and, ideally, hug your friends on a late night dance floor.
