It all started in 2009, when he was 16 years old. Inspired by such musical aesthetes as Octave One, Audiofly, Dennis Ferrer, Nick Curly, John Talabot, DJ Yellow, DJ Koze, in 2010 he started the project “Home Thursdays” in Labyrinth club. It was an oasis of quality Music in the desert of commerce, which was a departure point for the culture development in Dnipro. During 5 years, the guests of the project were Damien from dOP, Andrey Pushkarev, Vakula, Outstrip, Spy.Der, DJ Fish, DJ Helga, DJ Harris and a lot more. In October 2015, the project was closed, to be reborn into something new. In 2016, back from trip and impregnated with the culture of Thailand, Cambodia and Berlin, Ilya formed the community with global targets and deep meaning. Soul Culture – it’s Love to Music, which gather listeners in a big Family. In December 2016 was started a project #SoulNight, which become an iconic event in Dnepr. It isn’t just a party, it’s a performance which is aimed to awakening and a new perception of electronic music. For the time of project work it change several locations, started from Cherdack; then gallery-club Module; the beach, which seems like small heart of Burning Man; warehouse Angar with a square 2000 m2 and the placement of abandoned garment Fabrika in the city center. #SoulNight is a Happiness. In April 2017 was started a project #SoulSerenades, by which Ilya opened to listeners such genres as Downtempo, Multucultutal, Oriental and Spiritual. This music can excites the deepest emotions of listener, it’s a musical therapy. During the work the project hosted such guests as, Makossa, Kozmonot Osman, Kaan Duzarat, Rainy Day. #SoulSerenades is a Love. Each his Set/Event/Project Ilya fills with Happiness and Love. He believes that Music will change a World, these all about him – Frolov.
