Driven by an outlaw spirit, Freak Out!—composed of DJ duo Break Mode and Palm Pilot, as well as live visuals by Mystery Lux Liquid—compels its audience to do just that. Rock & Roll elements meld seamlessly with electronic dance music and disco, and when combined with the party’s signature psychedelic visuals, create a club experience unlike anything in Portland. Not confined solely to the physical realm, Freak Out! has held a monthly residency for over a year on Noods Radio across the pond in Bristol, England where they let their hair down, playing a wide range of music which nonetheless fits the Freak Out! ethos.
