Frank Paper was raised on rhythm & blues, Motown, and funk musicians of the 60s and 70s. Later discovering house and techno as a young adult, they were drawn to thematic thru-lines of love, struggle, and determination woven in the sonics of Black electronic music. Now in Boston, they DJ drawing from early influences and an obsession for crate digging. A new resident of Vyoo, they are a deep listener and fierce selector, building vinyl sets with a sense of togetherness, urgency, and relief.
