Fosters is a proud Kaurna man and Aboriginal DJ residing in Melbourne, Australia. He fell in love with the house music scene in the early 2000s and since then, has chipped away at developing his productions and honing in on the craft of the DJ. His releases are always unique and take inspiration from current social issues and occasionally exhibit satirical undertones within the commentary of his music. For example, his latest release "Delicious Chicken", looks at the machine and beast that is 'EDM' and how corporations can buy out sets at major festivals to advertise and promote their own goods and services. He’s known for his self-proclaimed "chug" sound, as he defines, 'a catchy and rolling bass-line that carries the song', and his weekly Kiss FM radio show, "The Weekend Chug" features the latest in electronic music whilst also looking out emotional health and wellbeing within the industry and features interviews with other DJs and producers, focusing on how they look after themselves and attend to their own emotional health and wellbeing. Expect a set full of fun, bouncing and rolling sounds!
