FALSE WITNESS is a techno producer and visual artist from New York City via Boston, MA. Since 2011, they have contributed to the global electronic music and contemporary art scenes via notable mixes and performances for Boiler Room, Possession Paris, MoMA PS1 Warm Up, the Venice Biennale, Frieze London and clubland events around the world. They have shared the stage with acts like SHYBOI, AceMo, Objekt, Hyperaktivist, Regal, Clara Curve, Volvox, Hector Oaks, SPFDJ, Tzusing & Juliana Huxtable. FALSE WITNESS has released several EPs with international labels such Lobster Theremin, E-Missions, Jack Dept, GHE20G0TH1K, and singles for compilations like Whirlwind Trax, Allergy Season’s Physically Sick 2 and Gays Hate Techno Vol. 2. In addition to their solo production work, they are also one half of FALSEBOI, alongside NYC producer and DJ SHYBOI. They have toured extensively across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia at various institutions including Berghain, Tresor, Hyperreality Festival in Vienna, OiL Shenzhen, SXSW Texas, and The New Museum in New York City. They are currently based in Berlin.
