Exotico biography Anthony Jimenez Rua AKA EXOTICO was born November 23rd 2004 in London to Colombian parents. Due to his Latin heritage Anthony grew up listening to a lot of Latin genres of music such as salsa, bachata and reggaeton kickstarting his passion for music at an early age. Also growing up in London with the huge rave scene made it hard for Anthony not to develop a love for electronic music being exposed to genres such as garage, house and even some drum and bass. Eventually after attending many raves Anthony found his love for house music specifically the sub genres of Latin tech, tech house, minimal and dark house leading him to combining the styles of the different music into his own variation. He started DJing around October 2023 and in a year has already featured on events such as Red room and street vibes. Due to his unique style of mixing he brings a distinct energy to his sets which has now opened new doors to start his journey in music production, He has opened for artists such as Dj Hannah, Castro, William Quintero, Carlos Martinez
