Beaming in from a small suburb in IL, esoe has been a local creative force Starting with graffiti at a young age, esoe has a deep appreciation for underground culture which naturally led them to start experimenting with djing from age 15. Early influences include Busy P, Teebs, Feadz, and DJ Mehdi. Fast forward to 5 years later esoe dropped out of design school to move to Chicago with friends. Quickly esoe made connections within the underground scene and began to throw house and loft parties. Along with that came design work that he would do for his own mix series homesounds. esoe began to get deeper into 90s house, dub techno, tech house, jungle and uk soul and his mixing style started to become a little more distinct. Infectious club chuggers, spoken word house, and deep but lush techno are the signatures of esoe's sound palette. In 2019 esoe teamed up with Garrett David to launch Global Swing, a chicago based dance music label. Shortly after esoe relocated to Brooklyn, NY were you can catch them spinning funk at a wine bar or digging through one of the numerous record stores.
