Coming from NJ, Eric Louis is a DJ/ producer with eclectic taste and refined skills both as a producer and as a DJ. A former intern at Deeper Rekords of Jonathan Peters the iconic Manhattan DJ known for long weekly marathon sets & his multi-platinum remix of Whitney Houston’s My Love is Your Love. Eric gained early production skills crafting edits played for thousands of revelers in Jonathan’s sets. Active in the NYC area scene with a 5-year residency and playing many events in NY and beyond, Eric furthermore won the first place out of 300 of a remix contest held by Victor Calderone in 2015. The release helped the American producer get noticed more internationally, and pushed him to create more sounds – resulting in releases on the established labels Nervous (NY) and Berlin’s imprint ‘Get Physical’ at the time. Conscious about music trends while keeping his taste for the underground, In 2021 Eric launched his own imprint “Devilish Affair” as a medium for his latest dub leaning sounds.His music is continually played by the likes of Ryan Elliott, Evan Baggs, Andrey Pushkarev and even progressive veteran,John Digweed.
