Growing up, Emotive Experience was always around music ,with his mum being deeply into soul music. The continual rotation of records on the living room record player saw the likes of Luther Vandross, Loose Ends and Alexander O'neal entering his ears from as early as he can remember. Although oblivious at the time, this had major influence on EE's life, as he was witnessing the power of music and how it aids the listener in both times of highs and lows. He witnessed how these familiar sounds were so much more than just sounds, but instead a soundtrack to life, a sound track that was chosen by the individual to aid a particular moment in time. To widen your smile or to catch your tears, the music was always there. Being so ingrained in him from early on, EE didn't really have a say on carrying music with him as he grew older. A variety of genres were present throughout his teenage years but it wasn't until he fully discovered house that his love was taken to new heights.. and fall in love he did. After a few years of attending parties of this nature and continually taking charge of speakers at every house party, EE decided it was time to share his passion from the other side of the decks, Since that day he hasn't looked back and has completely devoted his life to the art form. A keen digger with a huge love for the raw, emotive, soulful sounds that came out of the 90's, EE's sets are never short of feeling.
