Emil Paquin is a vinyl DJ known for his love for bass music as well as his soulful and groovy tendencies. You may see him play 140 dubstep, breakbeat, bass and most often UK Garage. You might also catch him perform an occasional disco/house set, exploring the groovier side of music. Always looking for new project to invest himself in, he currently has two main ones, moodswings and GA3. Passioned for anything UKG, Emil created and co-hosts since 2024 Garage à Trois, a bi-weekly radio show on CHOQ.ca as well as a party dedicated to showcasing the dynamic world of the genre. Garage à Trois is also more than a radio show, it first is a queer, intergenerational, nerdy dream team composed of him with friends Doctor Love and Laurence Nadeau a combo not to be missed in any of their events! Emil also allied with beloved local talents CMD and somebody3|se for the moodswings series of party, pushing leftfield bass and other related genres and flavors. Event in which he allows himself to explores the darker side of bass music and garage.
