Non-binary DJ and producer Elah (they/them) grew up in Augsburg's Textile District, where early exposure to music in the context of local proletarian and migrant communities shaped their connection to sound as a form of identity and expression. Specializing in techno infused with house elements and touches of breakbeat, Elah’s DJ set can also create dark, experimental atmospheres with high-energy rhythms, reflecting a commitment to crafting distinctive performances that resonate with audiences and highlight their evolving artistry. Previously producing under the name Awkward Endeavor, Elah is now embracing new directions under their current name, with fresh music in progress that captures their expanding creative vision. Since joining collective RAW Session and becoming resident DJ at underground club Inner Circle in Vienna, Elah has been collaborating with fellow artists to contribute to the vibrancy of the local electronic music scene.
