EIK is the DJ project of Marc and Sophie, founders of the established Römertanz event series in Cologne, Germany. During the Corona lockdowns in big parts of Europe 2020 / 2021, they used the time when they couldn't manage events to acquire their first skills in DJing and creating sets. Since their first real gig in front of a larger audience at the Katzensprung Festival 2022, they can now be seen more often behind the decks, in various clubs in Cologne as well as in Trier, Berlin or Amsterdam. The two rely on exciting up and down storylines and take the listener on a melodic journey where house and technoid music are spiced with oriental and indigenous sounds.
