The story of the Egyptian Greyhound begins after an initiatory journey through Cairo wandering between clubs and clubs for many nights. In one of them after following a trail, which apparently only his eyes could catch, he ended up into the desert. After several days a herd of Greyhounds found him, faint and dehydrated in the middle of nowhere and dragged him to the pyramid where they lived. There he remained for several days, until he came to his senses. Then, he was introduced to the alpha female of the herd, a Greyhound who taught him all the secrets of the music that kept the herd dancing in community for days and nights around a thunderous soundsystem located in one of the rooms of the pyramid. This music was called Soft-Rave and Pyramid-Haus. Once fully recovered, he made a canine blood pact in which he promised to spread the knowledge that had been shared with him. Then he adopted the name Egyptian Greyhound in memory of his wise mentors..... After an extensive career under another aka at the booths of notorious clubs and festivals such as La Terrazzza, Nitsa Club, Razz Club, Laut, Moog, Sala Upload, Soundit Fest, Ameba Fest, Electronic Lunch Fest, Kit Kat Club, Loophole, Crew Hassan, Sonora, Dabadaba, Katos Disco, Nicolette, Cafe Berlin.... Egyptian Greyhound decides to focus and take a gamble on what has always fascinated him, music production. His works effectively reflect his vast clubber background: luminous tracks, splendorous basses, voluptuous arpeggios, sophisticated arrangements, smooth and furious percussion... are part of the explosive cocktail that Egyptian Greyhound calls Soft-Rave and Pyramid-House, which, transcending genres, is a conception of perceptions and sensations.
