Edburg is an electronic music DJ from Frankfurt a. M. (DE) and based in Zurich (CH). With a father who’s is an musician Edburg learnt playing guitar and piano as a young child and was always inspired to explore new music genres. His very beginnings as a musician lies back in his times at highschool where he focused on playing blues-, jazz- and rock guitar and performed in several bands. While growing up in the Rhein-Main area in Germany, Edburg discovered early in the 2000s the electronic music scene in Mainz and Frankfurt inspired by Dj’s like Sven Vaeth, Extrawelt, Stephan Bodzin and Oliver Koletzki. Later, he also started to mix his own music inspired by a vibrant and excellent electonic music scene in Zurich attracting international DJs. As a DJ Edburg's focus is to create a DJ set with full of energy, mixed emotions, and tensions: Creating an electronic fusion of industrial sound with groovy rhythms combining melodic and emotional melodies to build up tensions and provide a magical moment to the audience. He already played international gigs in Ibiza, Mykonos, Tulum, Marrakesh, St. Tropez, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and many more cities.
