Echion is a Berlin based DJ, producer and label owner of Groove Provider, hailing from Vienna, Austria. He is best known for his notorious mixing skills and distinctive sonic style: highly energetic soundscapes, cast into pounding rhythms, interwoven with groovy and funky textures. Driven by his inherent need to create music, his unwavering dedication and commitment to the dancefloor has led to releases on the labels Twice Infinity, Hxagrm Records and Dystant Recordings. Over the years in the DJ booth and studio he’s made significant contributions to the Viennese Techno scene. Accomplished through his own event series, Kredo, and later as a resident DJ at Dead Sea Diaries, where he co-promoted events at Grelle Forelle and Das Werk. In 2023 Echion established Groove Provider, a community platform, podcast series and label. All dedicated to promoting and connecting the most talented DJs and producers in the industry, as well as up-and-coming artists who are pushing the boundaries of the genre.
