After discovering dance music and hip hop at an early age in the 90s living between Michigan and Australia, I've been hooked ever since! I started DJing in the early drum'n'bass and turntablism days of the late 90s, leading in to being a hip-hop DJ in the 2000s performing alongside underground legends like A-Plus & Opio of Souls of Mischief, Lyrics Born, El Da Sensai, Blueprint, One Be Lo and many more! In the 2010s I started getting in to the deep house sound and have been spinning house music in various flavors ever since! I'm fortunate to have been asked to play at some great venues in Detroit like TV Lounge, SpkrBox & Bookies alongside some of the world's best DJs including Delano Smith, Truncate and many more! I also play locally in the Traverse City area at venues like The Coin Slot, The Little Fleet and more. Some of my biggest influences are Mark Farina, Jimpster, Lars Behrenroth and I like to think my style and sound is a reflection of their impact on my tastes. Anything from Dilla on vinyl and scratching/hbeat juggling to super deep and dubby South African house, to mid tempo patio grooves, to bumping house, banging techno and intense drum'n'bass - I truly love it all.
