DJ ZAC
Biografía
ZAC has been working tirelessly to reach that stage for at least fifteen years. However, it was in 2016 that one of his most important breakthroughs happened. After a warm-up for legend Hernán Cattaneo at the Amazon club in Chapecó (where he is one of the partners) he decided to focus entirely on his solo career: ''I want to be cheered like him (referring Hernán), playing my own & particular sound”.
Based in Santa Catarina, the main hub of Brazilian dance music, ZAC always seems to be ready and thirsty for the next Gig. Making many plans has never been his motto, he is the kind of artist who lives in the here and now, always seeking the best in every moment of his career.
In 2020, while everyone in the industry was stuck because of the pandemic (lockdown & social distancing) he decided to give free music production classes online.
This movement eventually led him to create one of the most respected communities for new producers in the country; ''Movimento Fluxo'', as it became known, is now also his record label. Names such as Pacs, Urannia, Gugga, Riko, Mairom, Dani Ebner, and the songs produced in partnership with these artists have recently reached the sets of giants such as John Digweed, Tale Of Us, and Solomum.
Despite living in a constant state of "on tour", (taking long flights throughout South America) he always manages to leave a distinctive sound mark in each performance, which has earned him recent invitations to festivals of the caliber of Rock In Rio, Warung Day Festival, Kaballah and many others.
The artist is also a resident at two of the country's top clubs, Laroc in Campinas and the legendary Warung Beach Club in Itajaí.
His explosive trips transiting between the more classic Progressive House and Melodic Techno has created a consistent following, making him considered by the media one of the great bets to climb to the global level in the coming years.
