Currently based in Berlin, DJ Strawberry aims to play with the notion of rhythm and groove using simple loops with considerable inspiration coming from Japanese footwork minimalism. Both his recent single ‘sessizdir’ appeared on Atomic Bomb Compilation and upcoming debut album ‘cycles’ on Wroclaw-based outlines label collides diverse genres from minimal footwork to ambient. He is also the co-founder of Istanbul-based live-coding collective “Algorave Istanbul” where he produces & curates live-coded outputs.
