During Peter’s time studying full time in university from 2010 to 2016, he worked at Tequila Nightclub, one of the largest nightclubs in Saskatchewan. During this time, he worked alongside several big artists and groups including Hardwell, R3HAB, Felix Cartel, Kaskade, Hyper Crush, Benny Benassi, Lazy Rich, DVBBS, Laidback Luke, Porter Robinson, Adventure Club, Far East Movement, LMFAO, Skrillex, Ice Cube, Xzibit, Dada Life, Sander Van Doorn, Mischa Daniels, Steve Aoki, Sak Noel, Zeds Dead, and Torro Torro. In 2013, when Peter was studying in university, he learned about the entertainment industry having coordinated logistics for artists prior to their shows, while promoting and creating marketing campaigns leading to sell-out events for several years. In 2015, DJ Pete was one of the headlining acts for LB5Q, Canada’s biggest student-organized party that year, as rated by MacLean’s magazine. LB5Q was host to 3,000 guests each year for several years and has continued to expand throughout the years. DJ Pete continues to headline the LB5Q event in Canada every year and has continued to serve clients throughout the United States, United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Greece, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. DJ Pete has also performed at private events for accolades such as Rick Mercer and members of the NFL. In 2016, DJ Pete formed a DJ roster of leading DJs in Saskatoon, while College Fresh Music also earned the weekly residency for Club Apex at Apex Trampoline Park, one of the largest trampoline parks in Canada. Today DJ Pete has a monthly residency at Stoked Centre in Saskatoon, Canada and continues to perform in many different countries. He also works with PK Audio, and several major production suppliers in Canada to assist in designing production, lighting, and special effect layouts for major music festivals. DJ Pete’s style incorporates 90’s and current hip-hop, RnB, house, and electronic pop originals and remixes.
