Leaning heavily on soulful old school samples, DJ Nervous tries to reimagine songs which are carried by their raw emotion, each track carries a varying blend of dance influences. His debut album titled 'Choosing To Try' (2020) explored feelings of grief during a difficult time. It featured popular tracks 'Don't Make Me Feel' and 'Lurking' which saw support from artists such as O'Flynn, Krywald and Farrer, Kilig and Ian DPM. He then went onto release music with 'Barbecue'. Inspired by the music and approach of Dj Streaks, he went onto release a 4 track EP and a later single. Just Be Happy featured as Jaguar's BBC introducing Dancefloor moment whilst 'Just Look Like You're Having Fun' featured in Dan Shake's residency show. Since these releases, he has been hard at work, focusing on refining his productions. More recently has supported artists such as Overmono and Folamour in Cardiff. He prides himself on bringing an eclectic flavour to his mixes and isn't afraid to chuck in the odd curveball if it fits the mood.
