Donned "The Queen of the DC Underground" by the late Lisa Moody, Lisa Frank has been running with underground crews of the northeast for the past fifteen years. In addition to re-igniting warehouse culture in DC with ROAM and TNX, Lisa Frank has worked in nearly every aspect of nightlife culture, both behind the scenes and up front.
