DJ LIMA PROFILE DJ PRODUCER, ENGENIER, (BARCELONA) DJ Lima began playing music in later seventies. He played in spanish cities like Majorca, Madrid, Valencia, Alicante, Gijón or Canarias... and european cities like Frankfrut, Dusseldorf, Milan or Amsterdam. From 1992 starts playing in Barcelona (Spain), being resident and/or guest dj in the most representative clubs at the moment, like Distrito Distinto, Universal and Ozono. At the same time, he spreads on his presence in Europe, in cities like London, Paris, Rimini, Lisboa, Dormund or Zurich. In his recent history, he powered up his presence with sets in the most relevant clubs, like Discothèque, La Terrrazza, Salsitas (all of them in Barcelona), Privilege (Ibiza), D! (Laussane), Weekend (Madrid), Chic (Gran Canaria), La suite and BCM (Majorca), also he created different spaces like the Stomp Parties (powered by his own label, Stomp Recordings), and the mythic after-hour club Tijuana Morning Café, where he shared the turntables with DJ's like. Tijuana Morning Café was inspiration for the hit "Groove is in the air" (Bedrock, UK), target of lot of remixes by Simon Pears, Moonface, FC Kahuna and, recently, Dirty Sanchez. Actually, he combines his national and international sets with his work in his label,( Stomp Recordings,) and( boavista music inc), in his recording studio,, where he shares de leading with evaznz d. Most relevant sets Barcelona: Discothèque, La Terrazza, Tijuana Morning Café, Octopussy, Salsitas, Risco, Danzatoria ,distrito diagonal, catwalk, soko,broadbar, roxy blue.fellini,ect ect. And all around spain. Ibiza: Privilege, Pachá... Internationals: ALL AROUND EUROPE.
