DJ I.V., a DJ and producer, has dedicated a decade-long journey into making beats and practicing music. Initially drawn to hip hop (whether trap or boom bap ) he would release and sell his work for artists to collaborate with and release. Overtime with his father's influence and foundational roots in the Detroit's techno scene, his focus was gradually redirected towards dance-centric rhythms. Recently diving into DJing house and techno, I.V. puts an emphasis on weaving his original compositions throughout his sets, and igniting dance floors with his own sound, as well as music he enjoys as a consumer and lover of music. Rather it be tracks from pioneers that helped build the arena that he stands within or music he catches within his personal life, there is no mistake that DJ I.V. is inspired by his heritage and the musical evolution in and outside of Detroit.
