Cuban-American born and raised in Miami Florida, DJ Dino has been a staple in the South Florida music scene, and a proponent of Synth-pop and Dark Elektro sounds since the mid 80s and into the more recent revival scene.. Once the drummer for synth/indie act FORMULA REDUX on Universal Music, Dino is now collaborating with different artists and projects, both LIVE and in the studio. Dino is behind the long-time running show SYNTHOLOGY 101 Radio, and since the show’s inception just three decades ago, Dino has gained additional recognition leading to DJ gigs throughout the world including most recently, Wave Gotik Treffen/Dark Affair 2023 (Leipzig Germany), SYNTHCON Synthpop Festival (Los Angeles, CA), Trans Communion v1.0 Music Festival (Houston, TX), Nekropolis (Club Lazer San Juan, Puerto Rico), and Absolution Fest (Tampa, FL). Dino has now taken up residency at Miami's latest dark underground night "Malicia Goth Nights", making it one of the hottest nights in the South Florida Goth Scene.
