A true open format DJ, ClubKid prides herself on being able to play to any crowd she finds herself in front of. With a dynamic musical range stretching from Disco to Ghetto Tech, Hip Hop to House and all the Top 40 and Dance anthems in between. ClubKid is a high energy performer with a signature style, both sonically and visually, deeply inspired by 90s club culture. DJ ClubKid is celebrating 20 years as a staple in the tapestry of Michigan’s queer nightlife scene. As an MC the ClubKid Ace DeVille has held residencies in every major market in Michigan including, Grand Rapids(Amcab, Diversions), Lansing(Show Director, Spiral) Saginaw(The Mixx) and more. As a DJ she currently holds residencies: Every Friday at Menjos (Detroit), first Wednesday (Ladies Night) at 215W (Ferndale), Second Thursday (Tribe) at HALO (Detroit) as well as being the resident house DJ of Grand Rapids, and Battle Creek Pride festivals. Former residencies include The Dunes Resort (Saugatuck), The Exchange (Lansing)& Rob’s G Bar(Flint), among others.
