Divad with the civil name David Nørlund, is a Danish, Copenhagen based electronic musician and DJ. Most of his work is within House, Deep House and Garage-House. Although he has no boundaries, of which he has made music in the fields of Lo-Fi House, Electro and Breakbeats. His DJ sets are similar to his taste in production. Each set stays within a few selected genres, but changes depending on location and event. That said, NY Jackin house, Garage grooves and Disco fueled stompers has a special place in his heart. Besides producing music, he is also the co-founder of the BGM8S Collective, which he established with Anton Friisgaard [aka. Dan Sabel] Where he also releases most of his work. Divad can be found DJ'ing at several venues in Copenhagen. Like the infamous Culture Box club, where he can be found behind the decks at Red Box when his collective BGM8S, has its recurring takeover.
